Darren Barker no longer fights but is now passing on his world title-winning wisdom and experience In The Gym.
The former IBF middleweight world champion is now teaching kids and adults how to box at his old club Repton ABC, in East London.
Adam Smith and Johnny Nelson joined up with Barker in the ring for Ringside In The Gym, to see what and how he passes his expertise on.
