Jason Quigley expects to face Chris Eubank Jr in the future - and is confident he could even stop his middleweight rival.
The unbeaten Irishman watched from ringside as Eubank Jr's brutal assault forced a seventh-round stoppage of Spike O'Sullivan at The O2 on Saturday night.
Quigley has already racked up nine wins since turning professional with Golden Boy Promotions in Los Angeles and would relish the opportunity to face the fighter branded as the 'Next Generation'.
Last weekend's win over O'Sullivan has earned Eubank Jr a shot at WBA champion Daniel Jacobs, but Quigley believes their paths will cross at some stage and is predicting a convincing victory.
Quigley, who has stopped eight out of his nine opponents, told Sky Sports: "When I was watching Chris Eubank Jr at the weekend as soon as the fight was over, I thought 'I want to fight him'."
"That is down the line a wee bit yet I would think, but definitely in the future that is something that I want.
"Could I stop him? Of course I could, 100 per cent.
"In boxing, one shot can change a whole fight and I believe that I've got the power to hurt anybody.
"You put two or three of those hurtful punches together and you can put a man on the canvas very easily. So do I think I can stop him? Yes. Do I think I could beat him? Yes. Would it be a great fight, 100 per cent."
