Andy and Johnny are joined by Anthony Crolla

WBA world lightweight champion Anthony Crolla joins Andy Scott and Johnny Nelson for State of the Week.

The likeable 29-year-old delighted the Manchester Arena again at the weekend when he defied the odds to stop mandatory challenger Ismael Barroso in the seventh round with a trademark body shot.

Barroso arrived on British shores having decimated Kevin Mitchell in five rounds back in December and the Venezuelan unleashed the expected barrage from the very first bell.

Crolla, however, was in no mood to surrender the crown he won from Darleys Perez in November and weathered the early storm before beginning to systematically break his visitor down with counter attacks.

'Million Dollar' said in the lead-up to the fight that he needed a career-best performance to come out on top and that's just what he produced - turning the tables on Barroso and showing an impressive ruthless streak to finish his night's work early.
