It's exactly two years since Carl Froch and George Groves fought at Wembley so let's relive that night of high drama.

Boxing in football stadiums is a rare treat and at the weekend, Tony Bellew served up a reminder of the magic it can create as he blasted Ilunga Makabu aside to complete his world cruiserweight title dream.

On this day in 2014 it was the national football stadium rather than Goodison Park that found itself commandeered by boxing fans, as 80,000 crammed their way in to see the rematch between Froch and Groves.

A sensational first meeting had seen Froch knocked down early and recover to record a controversial ninth-round stoppage in Manchester and with the soap opera-esque relationship between the pair continuing to dominate Sky Sports screens in the build-up to the return, a nation was captivated.

Froch himself isn't shy of reminding people of what transpired that balmy night and why would he be - it was the crowning moment of a glittering career. 'The Cobra' brought down the curtain with one of the cleanest right hands imaginable...
