Boxing great Mike Tyson has made a last-minute dash to Louisville so he can be a pallbearer at Muhammad Ali's funeral.
Tyson, a former world heavyweight champion, was originally going to miss the ceremony due to a prior work commitment, and his concern that he would find the service too emotional.
But the spokesman for the Ali family, Bob Gunnell, has confirmed that Tyson caught a flight to Louisville from Las Vegas on Friday, so that he could be in attendance after all.
Tyson will join former British heavyweight champion Lennox Lewis, Hollywood actor Will Smith, and several members of Ali's family as pallbearers.
The coffin is to be carried through Ali's home town before the funeral service takes place in front of thousands at the KFC Yum! Centre at 2pm local time.
