Isaac Lowe will defend his Commonwealth featherweight title against Tshifhiwa Munyai at the Manchester Arena on September 24, live on Sky Sports.
Lowe returns to the venue where he stopped Marco McCullough in eight rounds to win the vacant title on the undercard of Carl Frampton's win over Scott Quigg in February.
The 22-year-old will again be part of a huge night of boxing in Manchester which is headlined by Anthony Crolla's lightweight world title unification clash with Jorge Linares.
Lowe will be aiming to extend his undefeated record of 12 wins and one draw against the experienced South African.
"Munyai is a world-class fighter who's been in with the best," tweeted Lowe. "This is a big step up but I always want big fights and fights the fans want to see."
Munyai, whose last three fights have been stoppage wins in Preston, was stopped in two rounds by Scott Quigg when he challenged the Bury fighter for his WBA super-bantamweight title at the Manchester venue two years ago.
The 31-year-old, who boasts a record of 27-4-1, held the Commonwealth bantamweight title 10 years ago and defended it twice.
