Ben Hall will take on Carson Jones on the same bill which will see Irish amateur sensation Katie Taylor make her professional debut at Wembley's SSE Arena on November 26, live on Sky Sports.
Hall faces a massive step up in class when he tackles the experienced American for the vacant WBC international silver super welterweight title in just his 11th fight.
The 23-year-old (9-0-1) stopped fellow Essex fighter Kris Agyei-Dua in six rounds in January to win the Southern Area title.
However, Jones has 10 years more experience in the ring than Hall and boasts a 53-fight record which features 30 more victories.
The 30-year-old is well known to British boxing fans having twice fought Kell Brook and Brian Rose.
Jones handed Brook a massive scare in their first fight in 2012 when he took the Sheffield fighter the distance, losing via a majority decision, before being stopped in eight rounds in their rematch the following year.
The Oklahoma fighter stopped Rose in the first round in front of his hometown fans last February but the Blackpool man gained revenge when he beat Jones on points six months later.
Tommy Coyle tackles John Wayne Hibbert on the London card in a must-win super lightweight clash, while Ohara Davies challenges Andrea Scarpa for the WBC silver super lightweight belt.
Martin J Ward defends his British super featherweight title, Reece Bellotti meets Ian Bailey in an eliminator for the English Featherweight crown and Conor Benn fights for the sixth time in the paid ranks.
The card will also feature unbeaten youngsters Jake Ball, Craig Richards and Ted Cheeseman.
