Floyd Mayweather's pride could be hurt, even if he extends his perfect professional record against Conor McGregor, says Sky Sports expert Johnny Nelson.
McGregor has nothing at all to lose in this fight. He wants to be the notorious one who has managed to topple a fighter that nobody could beat in Mayweather.
He is the reason why everyone is going crazy, not Floyd. Who else could Floyd fight who has drawn so much attention to him? This fight has really captured the imagination and McGregor has created that frenzy amongst the fans.
Will an unthinkable defeat affect the success that Mayweather has enjoyed in the past? No, but it will be embarrassing, it will be crushing. There is no way back from that, no way at all.
