Tyson Fury is excited and well prepared as he leaves for Germany to face Wladimir Klitschko

Tyson Fury has flown to Germany ahead of his world heavyweight showdown with Wladimir Klitschko in Dusseldorf next Saturday.

The 27-year-old Manchester fighter says he will do a "demolition job" on the experienced Ukrainian, who holds the the WBO, WBA, IBF and IBO heavyweight titles.

Speaking to Sky Sports News HQ at Manchester Airport before boarding his flight, Fury said: "It's all good, everything is packed and I am feeling fantastic.

"I am really buzzed up for this moment. Getting on the plane and getting over there, ready to get into fight week and enjoy the vibes that are going to be around Dusseldorf.

You are fighting five guys. Three judges, the referee, and your opponent. I am not going over there to win on points, it is going to be a knock-out.

"It feels very, very close now. It has been a long, long training camp and it has been a long time in the coming.

"I have been hunting Wladimir down for the past five years, I have finally got my opportunity, and now it is my time to shine.

"Everything has been done. We have not left anything out that should have been done. I have had the best camp of my life. Injury-free, perfect.

"I am just looking forward to getting out there, doing a demolition job, and getting back."

Fury's fellow Brit Martin Murray suffered a very narrow split-decision loss to Arthur Abraham on Saturday night in Hanover and visiting fighters have long found it tough to win fights that go to the cards in Germany.
