Joshua: Behind The Ropes and Countdown shows will set heavyweight scene

Fight week is here so we will bring you some knockout shows to set the scene and get you in the mood for a massive night of heavyweight boxing.
Anthony Joshua will challenge Charles Martin for the IBF world heavyweight title on Saturday, live on Sky Sports Box Office.
In the days leading up to the showdown we will go behind the scenes with both fighters and bring in some big names to count down to fight night.
Here are the shows you can expect this week.
Thursday
Countdown #1 - 6.00pm, Sky Sports 1
Thursday will be the first day Martin and Joshua meet since they went face-to-face on The Gloves Are Off. The press conference will give us an indication of what sort of mood the two fighters are in, and we will bring our usual heavyweight experts to give us their take. Former world champion Glenn McCrory and Johnny Nelson join us.
Friday
Countdown #2 - 6.00pm, Sky Sports 1
Martin and Joshua will have hit the scales and gone face-to-face for the final time before the fight on Friday afternoon, so the countdown will be well and truly on. Words will have been exchanged, both fighters will be pumped up and raring to go. But who is going to win? Well, predictions will come out on Friday, with two of British boxing's biggest names, Carl Froch and David Haye, giving us their view.
