Wednesday 24 February 2016 13:54, UK
The draw for the first two rounds of the UK Open has been confirmed - with the world's top players such as Michael van Gerwen and Phil Taylor to join in the third round on Friday.
The tournament, which concludes on Sunday March 6, dishes out £300,000 to the lucky winner and could see some of your favourite stars meeting less heralded throwers along the way.
The field for the opening two rounds is made up from 96 professionals who qualified during February plus 32 amateurs. The top 32 players from the UK Open Order of Merit - including Van Gerwen, Taylor and 2014 winner Adrian Lewis, enter at the third hurdle.
In the first round, notable matches include Wes Newton taking on Mark Cox and Ronny Huybrechts playing Mark Rice. Meanwhile, the likes of Andy Boulton, William O'Connor and Magnus Caris come up against amateur opposition.
You can watch the world's 10 best players at Premier League Darts on Thursday, live on Sky Sports 1 HD at 7pm. Or watch for £6.99 without a contract, on NOW TV.
