The preliminary draw has been made for the William Hill World Darts Championship ahead of Tuesday's first-round draw which is live on Sky Sports News HQ.

The preliminary draw was made during Sunday's Players Championship, won by Gary Anderson.

Christian Perez of the Phillipines, a first-round loser in the 2010 and 2012 world Championships, has drawn Spain's Cristo Reyes in the preliminaries. Haruki Muramatsu of Japan will also return to Alexandra Palace, facing Russian debutant Boris Koltsov.

Finland's Jani Haavisto and Kim Viljanen face Greece's John Michael and Germany's Sascha Stein, respectively, while Nolan Arendse of South Africa meets Hong Kong's Alex Hon.

Dutchman Jermaine Wattimena takes on Croatia's Robert Marijanovic and debutants Mark McGrath and Scott Kirchner also battle for a place in Tuesday's first-round draw.

The full draw will be completed after Monday's PDPA qualifier, with the winner of that event going straight into the first round draw and the runner-up entering at the preliminary stage against Daryl Gurney.
