Sebastian Vettel and Red Bull are supporting the charity Wings For Life at an auction next week.

Formula One world champions Sebastian Vettel and Red Bull are supporting the charity Wings For Life by offering items from their 2011 season at an auction to be held next week. The auction features a range of pieces collected from different races. Among them is the race suit worn by Vettel when he won the European Grand Prix, while the helmet worn by team-mate Mark Webber at this weekend's Brazilian Grand Prix will also be available. Bonhams will sell each piece (expected to fetch between £100 and £5000) as part of its traditional end of year sale of Important Motor Cars and Fine Automobilia at Mercedes-Benz World in Weybridge, Surrey, on Thursday December 1st. The purpose is to raise as much money as possible for the spinal cord injury charity Wings For Life, which was founded in 2004 by Red Bull CEO Dietrich Mateschitz and whose logo features on the team's cars. Vettel said: "Whether it's my racing boots from Australia, or signed podium watch from Turkey, there are so many memories from every piece in this auction. I'm happy to be able to help such a good cause. So please place your bids and support Wings for Life." Please visit www.wingsforlife.com for more details.
