The American team, fronted by former Ligier technical director Ken Anderson and one-time Williams team manager Peter Windsor, are the second newcomers to announce their intention to enter.

The deadline for entries is May 29, with a number of current teams saying they will not submit entries if world motorsport's governing body does not make significant compromises on its plan for a cap.
A further meeting of the Formula One Teams' Association (FOTA) is due to take place later on Saturday after qualifying for the Monaco Grand Prix.
