Hamilton have completed the signing of defender Andy Graham from Stirling Albion on a free transfer. The 26-year-old has completed a medical with the Accies and will go straight into training for the new Scottish Premier League season at New Douglas Park. Graham joined Stirling in 2005 and went on to become a fixture in their first team, winning the club's player of the year award for his performances at right-back in their promotion winning season in the Scottish Second Division. On moving to Hamilton, Graham admitted he had already been impressed with the talent and facilities on offer to him since his transfer. "I'm delighted to be here at Hamilton. I came in a couple of weeks ago to look around the club and I met one or two of the players," he said. "I've been delighted with everything I've seen and heard so far. I can't wait to start working hard alongside the rest of the squad and I'm genuinely raring to go already." Goalkeeper Sean Murdoch is expected to return to training in a few weeks after undergoing minor knee surgery for a small posterior meniscal tear and should be fit in time for the new season, which commences on 14th August against Aberdeen at Pittodrie.
