McIlroy pays tribute to Mullin

Morecambe boss Sammy McIlroy has paid tribute to Paul Mullin after the veteran announced his retirement due to injury.
The 37-year-old striker suffered the season-ending back problem in March after his last appearance for the Shrimps in the 3-3 draw at Northampton. McIlroy said: "Paul has been fantastic for us and been a model professional. "He is an absolute diamond and if he does go to play for another club on a part-time basis they will have a fantastic player on their hands."
