Injured Scunthorpe United striker Jordan Robertson could make a return to the first team months ahead of schedule.
The 23-year-old suffered a broken ankle during a training session in August and the initial prognosis ruled him out for the majority of the campaign. But he has already started light running and boss Alan Knill could have the former Sheffield United front man available before Christmas. "Speaking to the lad himself, in his mind he is coming back way before everyone thinks," Knill told the club's official website. "If you believe what he is saying he will be back by the end of November. "When you know what has happened to the boy you realise he is mentally tough. You can see his work ethic when he trains and now his work ethic to get back fit again."
