League Two club Bristol Rovers have allowed a trio of youngsters to leave on loan to gain more first-team experience.
Kayne McLaggon, 21, and Michael Boateng, 20, have joined Tonbridge Angels, while Charlie Reece, 23, has left for Gloucester City. All three players will be at the clubs for a month, and Pirates manager Paul Buckle is hoping others will join them soon. "We are hoping they can go out and do themselves and the club justice," Buckle told the club's official website. "Darren Jefferies and Lamar Powell need to go out as well. We have a young development squad here and it is important they get games."
