Peterborough United defender Grant Basey has extended his loan spell at Wycombe by two months.
The deal means the left-back will be available to manager Gary Waddock up until the end of December. Basey, 22, has impressed during his first month with the club, starting all five games since joining from the Posh at the beginning of October. "I'm very happy to extend the deal," Basey told the club's official website. "I've thoroughly enjoyed my first month here and it's nice to be playing regularly. "The gaffer and the lads have been great and I feel really settled. As the saying goes, 'if you're happy at work, you're happy at home'. Everything is going well." Waddock added: "He's come in, played every minute of every game and impressed. He has been a really good addition to the group and we're delighted that he's staying until the end of December."
