McNaughton extends Dons stay

AFC Wimbledon have extended the loan spell of West Ham defender Callum McNaughton by a third and final month.
The 20-year-old centre-half has made 11 appearances for the Dons since initially making the move from east to south London in September. The League Two side feared West Ham may want to recall McNaughton due to a spate of injuries at Upton Park. But Hammers boss Sam Allardyce is himself looking in the loan market for reinforcements, so McNaughton has been given the green light to stay at Kingsmeadow until December. However, McNaughton will not be available for this weekend's FA Cup first-round clash with Scunthorpe as the Hammers do not want him cup-tied.
