Vale snap up midfield duo

Port Vale have secured the signings of midfielders Chris Shuker and Paul Marshall.
The pair have both agreed non-contract terms until the end of the season. Shuker, 29, makes Vale his ninth club having been released from Morecambe in the summer, while 22-year-old Marshall joins The Valiants for a second time after a spell on loan from Manchester City in 2009. The duo are available for selection for Tuesday's match at Bradford.
