Williams pens Iron deal

Scunthorpe have completed the signing of defender Marcus Williams on a one-and-a-half year deal.
Williams was a free agent following his release by Sheffield United and manager Russ Wilcox wasted no time in signing him after he impressed during a recent loan spell at Glanford Park. The 27-year-old began his career with Scunthorpe in 2003 and went on to make 166 appearances for the club before leaving in 2010.
