Midfielder Billy Waters has become the latest member of Crewe's squad to agree terms on a new contract.
The 19-year-old, who has played in seven games this season, has signed a new two-year deal with the option of staying on for a third season. Despite not knowing if they will play in League One or League Two next term, boss Steve Davis has recently made a concentrated effort on retaining the young core of his squad. Waters follows George Ray, Jon Guthrie and Ollie Turton in prolonging his future at Gresty Road.
