Gillingham have moved to extend the loan of stay Max Ehmer from Queens Park Rangers.
The 22-year-old centre-back will stay with the League One club until February 7. Ehmer has made six appearances for the Gills since he joined them at the end of November and could play against Bristol City in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy Southern Area final first leg on Tuesday. The Priestfield Stadium side are currently 20th in the table and two points above the relegation zone.
