Spanish midfielder Marc De Val Fernandez has left Doncaster by mutual consent. The former Real Madrid youngster was Paul Dickov's first signing as Rovers boss, making the move to the Keepmoat Stadium in June 2013 on a two-year deal. The 24-year-old made 21 appearances for Doncaster, with his last outing coming against Peterborough on December 28th. It is thought he will return to his homeland where he will be able to join a new club on a free transfer. Meanwhile, Rovers are set to hold talks with Watford striker Uche Ikpeazu about a loan deal until the end of the season. The teenager, who has been on loan at Doncaster's League One rivals Crewe, is travelling up to South Yorkshire on Tuesday.
