Notts County have signed Brighton winger Paddy McCourt on loan for the remainder of the season.
McCourt, who has found first-team opportunities limited at Albion, will be available to make his debut for the Magpies in their League One game against Fleetwood at Highbury on Saturday afternoon. The 31-year-old joined Brighton from Barnsley last summer on a one-year deal but has made just 13 appearances for the Championship club. McCourt, who spent five years at Celtic before his move to Barnsley in 2013, is a Northern Ireland international and played alongside Notts goalkeeper Roy Carroll in his country's 2-0 win over the Faroe Islands in October.
