Coventry have signed striker Nick Proschwitz on loan from Brentford until the end of the season.

The 28-year-old moved to England in 2012, joining Hull from SC Paderborn on the back of 17 goals in 33 matches. He spent two years at the KC Stadium before moving to the Bees for the start of this season. Coventry's interim manager Neil MacFarlane said: "We're delighted to bring in a player we've been tracking at this club for a long time. "Nick is your typical target-man who can bring others into play and will give us an added threat in the forward areas." Proschwitz goes straight into the Sky Blues squad to face MK Dons at the Ricoh Arena on Saturday.
