Danny Rowe has been recalled from his loan spell at Wycombe by parent club Rotherham United.
The 19-year-old defender has made 17 appearances across two loan spells with the Adams Park outfit this season but Millers manager Steve Evans has now activated a recall clause to take him back to the AESSEAL New York Stadium. "Danny's been a fantastic character to have around the squad and he's someone you know you can rely on every time he steps onto the pitch," Blues boss Gareth Ainsworth told the club's official website. "I'd like to thank him for all his efforts and also thanks to Steve Evans for allowing him to continue his development with us. "It's a blow to lose Danny when we have a small but tight-knit squad, but we respect Rotherham's decision and we wish him well." Evans added: "We bought him back in, the main reason is because he is out of contract in the summer and we need to make a decision. "When we have tried to track him we have not been able to assess whether he should be going forward with us."
