Burton Albion have signed utility man Darragh Lenihan on a one-month loan deal from Blackburn Rovers.

The versatile 20-year-old, who can operate in either defence or midfield, has made the move in search of regular football. Lenihan joined Rovers from Belvedere in the summer of 2011 but has yet to make a first-team appearance at Ewood Park. The Republic of Ireland Under-21 international will be available for the Brewers' League Two clash with Carlisle on Tuesday night.
