Charlton Athletic boss Chris Powell has allowed striker Jason Euell to return to AFC Wimbledon on loan.
The 34-year-old, currently in his second spell with Charlton, is returning to another old stamping ground for an initial month-long spell. Euell scored 47 goals in 181 appearances for the old Wimbledon before he joined Charlton for £4.75million in 2001. He has become boss Terry Brown's third signing of the month, after bringing in youngsters Callum McNaughton and George Moncur. Brown wants to bring in one more player before Saturday's clash with Port Vale as he attempts to halt their slide down the table. Euell is expected to make his second debut for the Dons at Vale Park.
