Paul Gerrard has left his part-time position as goalkeeping coach at Shrewsbury to take a full-time role at Oldham.
The 38-year-old had been juggling duties at both clubs, but following discussions with Latics manager Paul Dickov and chairman Simon Corney, it has been agreed his post at Boundary Park will become permanent. Gerrard said: "It was strange being at two clubs, though it worked out well last season. "It will be nice to concentrate on one set of keepers and dedicate myself 100% to Latics."
