Bournemouth defender Ryan Garry has been forced to retire from professional football due to persistent injury.
The defender, just 27 years of age, rose through the ranks at Arsenal but struggled with injury during his time in north London. Garry moved to the Cherries in 2007 and, despite enduring further periods in the treatment room, made 86 appearances for the club, including 12 last season. He will remain at Dean Court in a coaching capacity.
