Former Kettering Town midfielder David Bridges has re-joined the Conference National club from Stevenage.

The 28-year-old midfielder, who moved in the opposite direction three years ago, has signed a two-year deal with the Poppies. Bridges' first two seasons at Stevenage were hampered by injury and he made just 10 appearances for Graham Westley's side during the 2010-11 campaign. "I wish him all the best. Kettering fans know what they are getting but hopefully he will stay injury free and start playing and scoring regularly again," Westley told the club's official website. "He goes back to the Conference an improved and much more experienced player."
