Osborne nearing comeback

Brentford defender Karleigh Osborne is closing on a return to League One action after a month out on the sidelines.

The 23-year-old is back in training after recovering from ligament damage in his foot, but Bees boss Uwe Rosler will be careful not to rush him back too soon. "Karleigh's been working hard in the gym and with the fitness coach, and is ready to join the rest of the team," Rosler told the Chronicle. "I don't want to put a time frame on his return, so we'll just have to see how he does."
