Tully hails Exeter adaptability

Defender Steve Tully has claimed Exeter are the most adaptable side in League One as the Grecians bid to avoid relegation.
Tully, who has been a lynchpin at the back for the Grecians this season, credits manager Paul Tisdale with moulding a squad capable of moving between formations at the drop of a hat. And the 31-year-old believes that flexibility will be crucial as the Devon club look to avoid the drop to League Two this term. "Under Paul we've got better and better and all we can aim to do is keep building that momentum," Tully said. "Tactically, he knows everything about the opposition and how we should be playing. "He knows what to change and when to change it and he's made us very adaptable with the different systems we can play. "I don't know if there is another club in the league who can play three different systems in one half but, whether it's 4-3-3 or 4-4-2 or 4-5-1, he's made us adaptable to it. No-one wants to be in the relegation zone and we are going to do everything we can to avoid being anywhere near it."
