Worrall's a Shaker not a mover

David Worrall insists he is happy to stay at Bury and won't be swayed by interest from former boss Richie Barker at Crawley.

Barker left the Shakers on the eve of the new season to take up their reins at the Broadfield Stadium. Worrall, who sustained an ankle injury in Bury's 2-1 loss at Doncaster in midweek, admits to holding discussions with Barker regarding his plans with the League One newcomers, but claims the conversations went no further. "I've already spoken to Richie," he told the Bury Times. "Nothing's happening there. We're both happy. He's happy with his squad and I'm happy here and I've heard nothing else about any other club. "I've got two years left (on my contract) so I'm not bothered. I am happy here for another two years and may even extend it if the club want me to. "I just have to keep taking each game as it comes and as long as I'm enjoying it that's the main thing."
