Scunthorpe linked with Deverdics

Dover midfielder Nicky Deverdics has been linked with a move to League One Scunthorpe.
Deverdics, who has scored five goals so far this season in a Whites side that has not lost in their last 13 league matches, is out of contract at The Crabble in May. The 27-year-old admits he has aspirations of getting back into the Football League, having played there for Barnet in 2008, but is focused on helping Dover maintain their impressive form. When asked about the speculation, Deverdics said: "Well, every player wants to play at the highest level and I'm no different, but honestly at the moment and for the foreseeable future I'm only thinking about getting into the play-offs with Dover Athletic."
