Lowry extends Alex loan stay

League Two outfit Crewe Alexandra have extended the loan of Chesterfield midfielder Jamie Lowry by a further month.

Lowry has made six starts and one substitute appearance for the Railwaymen since he was recruited by boss Steve Davis on emergency-loan deadline day in November. The 24-year-old is now available for the League Two games against Oxford, Dagenham and Barnet over the coming weeks.
