New Cheltenham striker Darryl Duffy is looking forward to just playing again after sealing his move to the club.
The 27-year-old, a free agent having been released by Bristol Rovers at the end of last season, has put pen to paper on a two-year deal. "I'm delighted to have signed," Duffy told the club's official website. "It's the first time in my career I have been out of contract so it is a new experience for me. But I've been doing a lot of fitness work with one of my old clubs back up in Scotland so I'm fit and ready to go straight into the games thankfully. "I'm actually ahead of the lads because I was back in training on June 20. I just need games now. "I signed here because I want to play football and I'm looking forward to playing on the surface here because it's always so good. "This is a great opportunity for me to get back to playing a lot of games and hopefully scoring a lot of goals."
