Duffy lauds Robins team spirit

Darryl Duffy has hailed the team spirit at Cheltenham, claiming the Robins' camaraderie will help them maintain their form.

The Whaddon Road outfit are currently lying third in League Two, and set up a lucrative FA Cup third-round trip to Tottenham by beating Luton 4-2 in the second round on Saturday. It all adds up to an astonishing campaign for a team written off as relegation candidates pre-season, and Duffy - who scored before being sent off at Luton - pointed to the unity of the squad as the major factor of their success. "We've got a great squad who will work hard for each other and it's a great changing room to be in at the moment," he said. "The lads know when to have a laugh and when to screw their serious heads on. "We all back each other and work hard for each other and, when that happens, we can just let out football do the talking. As long as we keep that up we'll keep up there."
