Wycombe centre-back Leon Johnson has signed a new two-year contract which will keep him at the club until 2013.

Johnson has made 117 appearances and achieved two promotions to League One during a successful four-year stint with the Chairboys. He told the club's official website: "I'm happy to commit myself for another two years and hopefully I can help the club move forward. "I've enjoyed my time here so far and I'm glad to get it all done and dusted," he added. Manager Gary Waddock said: "I'm really pleased that he's committed himself to the club. "He showed his qualities last season with a number of strong performances which helped us achieve promotion."
