Pearson set for loan switch

Fit-again Burton striker Greg Pearson is set to go out on loan to regain his match fitness after recovering from a toe injury.
Pearson is back in training after suffering a toe fracture during the opening week of the season. During his absence, the 26-year-old has fallen behind Justin Richards, Calvin Zola, Billy Kee and Adi Yussuf in the pecking order at the Pirelli Stadium. Albion boss Paul Peschisolido has had enquiries regarding Pearson, who has been restricted to just 11 minutes of action as a substitute this campaign. "Greg wants to get back in the first team, but first and foremost he needs to get himself some games," Peschisolido told the Burton Mail. "A few clubs have come to me asking if they can take Greg and I need to sit down with him and sort something out."
