Hall hails unified Oxford

Oxford defender Asa Hall has credited his team with a great sense unity after they moved within a point of the play-offs.
Oxford lost each of their five matches in all competitions last month to slip away from the promotion-chasing pack at the top of the division. However, manager Chris Wilder's men have bucked the trend with back-to-back 2-0 victories over Northampton and AFC Wimbledon and have not conceded in more than four weeks. Hall has praised his team-mates for standing by each other in the face of adversity. He told the club's official website: "November was a tough period but it the last couple of games we have picked up results and it is a good base for us to kick on now. "Everyone is in good spirits and there is a real tightness within the group at the minute. We were together on Christmas night and being together as a group is a big part of it."
