Burton v Torquay preview

Image: Bolder: Out suspended

Team news for Saturday's League Two clash between Burton Albion and Torquay United at Pirelli Stadium.

Adam Bolder will miss out through suspension when Burton host Torquay. Bolder collected his 10th yellow card of the season during the defeat to Shrewsbury last weekend and the midfielder will begin a two-match ban. Nathan Stanton was forced off at Greenhous Meadow with a hamstring injury and he is also likely to be absent on Saturday. Tony James is expected to shake off a knee problem and replace Stanton in defence. Captain John McGrath will probably remain sidelined for a fourth game with the foot injury he suffered last month but on-loan winger Lionel Ainsworth could be one of four players to return to Paul Peschisolido's squad. Ainsworth was ineligible against his parent club Shrewsbury and is certain to start - as is Jacques Maghoma if he can prove his fitness after a hamstring problem. Albion are further boosted in midfield after Lee Lucas resumed his loan spell from Swansea this week after recovering from a hamstring injury. Meanwhile, In-form Torquay's squad will once again be at full strength when they travel to out-of-sorts Burton. Manager Martin Ling presided over another 1-0 away win on Tuesday against Rotherham, their third victory by that scoreline in the last four games on their travels, and he is unlikely to make any changes. Full-back Kevin Nicholson took an ankle knock into that game and was a concern for Ling but he battled through 85 minutes before eventually succumbing. The injury is still considered a minor concern but will not keep him out of action. The Gulls, currently flying high in second place in the npower League Two table, will hope they can achieve their 10th away win of the campaign at the Pirelli Stadium.
