Ling: Draw was the fair result

Torquay boss Martin Ling felt a draw was "probably a fair result" following their 2-2 draw with Cheltenham at Plainmoor.
Cheltenham's former Torquay striker Chris Zebroski scored Town's 80th-minute leveller to cancel out Rene Howe's headed 23rd minute effort. Ling said: "Overall the draw was probably a fair result if I am totally honest because they asked us an awful lot of questions. "At 2-1 I thought we had three or four gilt-edged chances that passed us by. Rene Howe hit the post, Billy Bodin and Lloyd Macklin both went close. I thought as a front three those three were a real handful - and we always looked like we could ask them a lot of questions. "To be fair to Cheltenham when they went 2-1 down - especially after we missed the chances at the start of the second half - they took their lifeline well and pressured and you would say they deserved the draw for the last 20 minutes of their performance. "There were definitely more positives than negatives to come out of tonight's performance for us as far as I am concerned."
