Colin Cooper will take a look at two trialists this week as his search to add much-needed firepower to his Hartlepool squad continues.
Cooper has been scouring the market to address Pools' disappointing start to life in League Two. Pools have won only twice in the league this season, have scored five goals in 10 matches and lie in 22nd place in the table. "I am not happy with the situation we're in and I think we have got more to offer," Cooper said after Saturday's goalless home draw against Portsmouth. "We have got to find an edge from somewhere. "I am looking everywhere. We have got two players coming in to train on Tuesday so we will have a look at them."
