York take Benning on loan

Walsall left-back Mal Benning has joined League Two side York City on a month-long loan deal.
The 21-year-old has made 15 appearances for the Saddlers this season but is behind Andy Taylor in the pecking order at the Banks's Stadium. He could make his Minstermen debut when they host Burton in League Two on Saturday. York are 19th, a point above the bottom two, having lost their last two games.
