Rochdale skipper Gary Jones has urged his side to maintain their play-off momentum at Colchester this weekend.

Keith Hill's men head to Essex in buoyant mood after claiming five wins and a draw from their last six League One outings. They lie two points below sixth-placed Bournemouth but have a game in hand on the Cherries and, according to Jones, the belief to maintain their fine form. "We go to Colchester on Saturday full of confidence," said the midfielder. "We're two points behind Bournemouth with a game in hand and long may this run continue. "The gaffer has said all along that it's about hard work, honesty and endeavour and a never-say-die attitude. "We've surprised a lot of people and we'll see where it takes us at the end of the season."
