Jones lands trio of awards

Rochdale captain Gary Jones claimed a hat-trick of awards at the club's end-of-season award evening.

The midfielder was named Player of the Season, Supporters' Player of the Season and scooped the Goal of the Season award for his strike away at Southampton. The Most Improved player went to Marcus Holness, while fellow defender Craig Dawson was presented with a special award to mark two outstanding seasons at Spotland before he moves to West Brom.
