Still upbeat after defeat

John Still focused on the positives after his 10-man Dagenham side fell to a 3-1 defeat against Southend.

"But even when we went down to 10 men we got a goal back and then a couple of chances to get an equaliser. "Southend got their third goal straight after which is also disappointing, but there were positives for us to take out of the game and we just need to keep on working hard to turn our performances in to wins."
